1. Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All products are brand new, unless stated. Please read the item description carefully before emailing us directly.
2. Order process
When you submit your order form, please make sure you've included your full name, contact details and the desired product information correctly. Order form without full name and valid contact details will be ignored.
Information required on the order form are for payment and shipping purposes. We will not attempt to contact you via the phone details you provided except for COD.
3. Payment
Payment can be made via Bank deposit (BIBD) and meet-up. Meet-up only available for total purchase above B$30. Reserved item need to paid within 3 days or else you'll be blacklisted and your order will automatically be cancelled.
We reserve the right to void your order after 3 business days if we do not receive any response from you after sending our invoice over.
Once the order is confirmed, we do not accept any cancellation or changing of order. Please change or cancel your order within 24hrs after placing the order.
4. Shipping
For those who opt for postal service shipping, we'll post your package once we have received your payment. Once confirmed, your package will be ship the next day an it will arrive to you within 3 days.
Shipping costs is B$4 [Pos Laju] to BSB, KB & Tutong district. The shipping costs are determined by Brunei Postal Service.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of submission of order. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can release the items to the next interested shopper. We expect our shoppers to be considerate and kind enough to let us know immediately if there has been a change of mind.
6. Cash on Delivery
COD is only available for orders above B$10. For the moment, we only provide 3 Meet-up point: HuaHo Tutong [free], HuaHo Sengkurong/Bunut [B$2], Giant Mall [B$4].
7. Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. All questions regarding the items you wish to purchase should be asked before placing the order.
